An Introduction to the Complete Version of the Neo-Communist Manifesto

Without question, it is of paramount importance for a Neo-Communist Manifesto to offer the public its philosophical principles for consideration. Those readers who are profoundly interested in its philosophical roots will certainly enjoy and will be satisfied with nothing less than the pleasure of reading and thinking over the philosophical development of the principles of humanism. They deserve to be presented with a far more profound and meticulous examination of humanistic Political Will.

It is to be made absolutely clear in the very beginning of The Complete Version of the Neo-Communist Manifesto that it is based on the Philosophy of Absolute Rational Will ? a philosophy, which is going to create the ideology of the 21st Century and lay the foundations of the more humanized societies of the future; a universal practical philosophy, which ? in perfect accordance with Marx's eleventh thesis on Feuerbach ? does not only explain the world but is also capable of changing it.

In fact, Chapter two of The Neo-Communist Manifesto is a significant development of ?Chapter V. Politovolia ? the completely practical universal Rational Will? of my on-line book On the Philosophy of Absolute Rational Will. I have had to make it also a part of The Manifesto in order to present the theoretical foundations of The Neo-Communist Manifesto with elaborate care.
